Transfer or deposit into account
You can order the payment by bank transfer requesting to email@example.com the bank details of the aforementioned account, where we will inform you how to enter the amount of the order and the reference that you should put, indicating as concept the order number. DomóticaHogar will review the deposit and send the order after confirmation of payment at the bank.
Transfers from entities that do not belong to the same banking network can take up to two business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to arrive, according to banking regulations.
Credit or debit card
This form of payment is immediate, convenient and secure. When you finish your order, you can make the payment through the payment gateway of the bank. As a user of DomóticaHogar you can associate as many cards as you wish to your customer account, to place orders faster, not receiving or having access to your banking information at any time by Frikielectronica. In case you do not arrive in payment through the use of the payment gateway, the order placed will be automatically canceled.
For security your bank will send a code to the mobile to finish the payment. For later purchases, our system will remember your card data. If you wish to deactivate this functionality you only have to access the "Linked cards" section of your user account and delete the corresponding card.
